Notice To Credit Union Members

We are required to make available to all members an annual written report summarizing several key areas of the credit union’s operations for the preceding year. In addition, the credit union is required to make available certain documents related to the credit union’s finances and management.

Upon request, a member is entitled to review or receive a copy of the most recent version of the following credit union documents:

  • Income statement

  • A summary of the most recent Annual Audit

  • Written Board policy regarding access to:

    • Articles of Incorporation

    • Bylaws

    • Rules

    • Board Policies

    • Internal Revenue Service Form 990
